Diplomatic, service or courtesy visa applicants need to complete the online visa application form at https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/, after the application is approved, please print the first and last pages of the visa application form and sign them, and submit them together with the note and other application documents to the Chinese Consulate General in ChiangMai.
