On December 18, Consul General Wu Zhiwu delivered a video speech in celebration of the 3rd Anniversary of the Establishment of the Alumni Association at Confucius Institute of Chiang Mai University and its 1st Alumni Reunion. Mr. Zhao Lingshan, Secretary General of China International Education Foundation, Mr. Wang Deqiang, President of Yunnan Normal University, Clinical Professor Niwes Nantachit, M.D., President of Chiang Mai University, Dr. Patcharinruja Juntaronanont, Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation of Thailand, and officials from the Ministry of Education attended the ceremony and delivered speeches.
