On February 28, hosted by the Chinese Consulate General in Chiang Mai and undertaken by the Confucius Institute at Chiang Mai University, the Chinese class of the Chiang Mai Provincial Police was successfully completed.. Vice Consul General Yang Jiong, Pol.Col. Paisan Nanta Deputy Commander of Chiang Mai Provincial Police, Ms. Lian Chen, Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute at Chiang Mai University presented the certificates to all students and teachers.

The course is one of a series of Chinese courses organized by the Chinese Consulate General in Chiang Mai for Thai officials in the consular district. It was 4-month long and nearly 70 officials signed up for this course.
