Notice on Reception of Condolences

H.E.  Mr. Jiang Zemin passed away due to illness in Shanghai, China at 12:13  p.m. on 30 November 2022 at the age of 96. H.E. Mr. Jiang Zemin is  recognized by the Chinese people of all ethnic groups, the Communist  Party of China (CPC) and the entire People’s Liberation Army (PLA) as an  outstanding leader enjoying high prestige, a great Marxist, a great  proletarian revolutionist, statesman, military strategist, diplomat, a  long-tested communist fighter, an outstanding leader of the great cause  of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the core of the CPC's  third-generation central collective leadership, and the principal  founder of the Theory of Three Represents.

To  express our incomparable respect and deep condolences to H.E. Mr. Jiang  Zemin, the Consulate General of China in Chiang Mai will open a  mourning hall and a book of condolence from December 1 to December 6 at  10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. to accept organized  condolences. Please dress in dark black attire, conduct ATK test and  contact the Consulate General in advance.
