On June 14, Consul General Chen Haiping attended and delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of "The Colors of China-Thailand Friendship" Watercolor Painting Exhibition in Chiang Mai. The exhibition was jointly organized by the Consulate General of China in Chiang Mai and "Thai News", a leading newspaper in Northern Thailand.
