On April 13, Consul General Wu Zhiwu attended the opening ceremony of Songkran Festival, at Thapae Gate together with Mr. Prajon Pratsakul, Governor of Chiang Mai and Mr. Assanee Buranupakorn, Mayor of Chiang Mai Municipality as well as representatives of consular corps in Chiang Mai.
